Sour Cream Culture

Use single or Double Cream

Make 1/2 or 1 Litre  using 1/4-1/8 of a teaspoon of the Culture.

Heat the Cream to 32-37oC, add to clean/sterilized container, mix in the culture, cover and keep at room temperature for 12-24 hours, give the Sour Cream a stir.

Then use or store in the fridge.
