Calcium Chloride solution helps gives a firmer set of the curd for easier cutting & higher yields. When used in the making of a hard or semi hard cheese’s. You only need to use around 5-6mls per litre of milk and it should be added to your milk before adding the rennet.
It will also help in the same way with goats, ewes & shop bought milks.
