Calcium Chloride helps gives a firmer set of the curd for easier cutting & higher yields. When making a hard or semi hard cheese’s, you only need 5-6mls per Litre of milk and should be added to your milk before adding the rennet.
It will also help with goats, ewes & shop bought milks.
We have two sizes available,
