Cheese-Yogurt-Making’s Direct Vat range of products are GMO free, suitable for vegetarians & Kosher. weather your looking to produce on a small scale or looking to make Kosher yogurt or use a non dairy alternative at home, these cultures will offer you great results, fantastic flavor as well as the sought after texture and tartness of classic eastern European Kefir. **This Culture can be used in Yogurt makers**
- Looking to produce small scale? one unit inoculates one hundred litres of milk.
- Producing at home? one scoop (included) per litre of milk or dairy alternative.
**PLEASE NOTE**
- If using a non dairy alternative you will need to add sugar 1/2 – 1 tsp. per litre to taste.
- These cultures need to be stored in a fridge between 2 – 8 degrees.
