Cheese-Yogurt-Making have updated our mixed culture selection to now include our Continental selection as well as our Classic offering. Each of our variant’s includes Greek, Probiotic (classic or continental) & our classic kefir. Each sachet is blended to work with one litre of milk (we recommend using UHT) & to work with most yogurt maker styles.
Classic– our classic style with well rounded flavour and little to no acidification.
Continental– new for 2023 a slight switch up on our classic style with a slight refreshing acidic bite.
