Cheese-Yogurt-Makings Nordic yogurt cultures are a great starting point. One of the easiest yogurt styles to make in this style is “villi” from Finland and with Cheese-Yogurt-makings high-quality freeze-dried cultures it’s so simple to make. Whether you are looking to make one litre at home or larger volumes commercially our cultures will give you consistent results time and time again.

It’s so simple:

  • Bring one litre of pasteurised milk to room temperature.
  • Add one scoop of culture and mix well.
  • leave at room temp for 8- 12 hours.

Each 10- unit Nordic style yogurt packet comes with a 0.25g scoop, for making one litre at a time. if looking to make larger volumes one unit will inoculate one hundred litres of cow’s milk.
