Cheese-Yogurt-Makings direct vat cultures are high-quality freeze-dried culture manufactured to the highest industry standards thus giving you consistent results time & time again. This probiotic culture produces a great tasting yogurt with a mild acidity, it also works very well if looking to produce a strained Greek yogurt. Moreover, unlike other cultures available on the market, Cheese-Yogurt-Makings range work on inoculation rate rather than pack weight. What this means to you is a constant 1-unit to 100 litres of cow’s milk. And is available in 5 or 10-unit packs.
