Cheese yogurt Making’s high quality Penicillium candidum produces an all encompassing thin white coating quickly on a cheese.
Usage add 1 to 250 litres of milk.
Supplied in 2 unit sachets, 1 unit will treat 250 litres of milk. You can use part of the Sachet and store the rest.
Add the Penicillium candidum to your milk allow 30 minutes before you add your rennet.
