Mozzarella cheese cultures:

Mozzarella cheese production needs a quality culture to give consistent results and Cheese-Yogurt-Making as a great offering. Freeze dried, direct vat, vegetarian, GM free, Kosher & Halal certified.


These cultures are dosed at 1 unit per 100ltr’s of milk. If your looking to use either sheep or goats contact us directly for more details. The advantage of using a direct vat culture is there’s no need to dilute down and create a starter solution, just add to the milk and carry on.

Storage is simple just keep in the fridge so no need for expensive deep freezers just reseal between uses.
