Penicillium:

Penicillium Roquforti & Candidum, used in the production of Blue & Soft  cheese’s.  Roquforti giving that deep flavor and rich blue veins & Candidum adding to the flavor and giving that lovely white coat on soft cheese styles like brie etc.

Our cultures are GM free, vegetarian, Kosher & halal certified. easy to use with consistent results.

Usage/storage:

Both our Roquforti & candidum come with dosage instructions. The Roquforti is in a liquid suspension and is stred in the fridge or Candidum is stored in the freezer.
