Penicillium Roqueforti a must have when producing any blue cheese styles e.g. “stilton”. Cheese-Yogurt-Making offers up two styles of high quality Roqueforti. Looking for the classic bold flavors of a blue cheese then check out our PR16, Looking for a milder cheese then the PR5 is the option for you.

Usage:

The liquid suspension of these Penicillium cultures allows for ease of use and rapid growth seen over freeze dried styles. Our cultures are dosed at 1 unit per 1000ltr’s of milk. See the induvial products for more information.
