Soft cheese cultures:

Soft cheese’s like brie or camembert need there own type of culture and here you will find the cultures you need to create these styles. Check out our Penicillium page to get that silky white coat to finish off your cheese. all our cultures are GM free, vegetarian, kosher and halal certified.

Usage/storage:

As with all ourĀ  direct vat cultures they are dosed at 1 unit per 100ltr’s of milk if your looking to use sheep or goats please contact us for more details. With direct vat cultures there’s no need to dilute and create a starter solution, just simply add directly to the milk and continue on.

Store in a fridge no need for expensive deep freezers, just reseal between uses.
