White cheese cultures:

White cheese, salad cheese or Feta no matter what you call it. Your going to need a culture to aid in giving consistent results. Here you will find cultures to aid in your production goals. Our cultures are freeze dried, direct vat, vegetarian, GM free, Kosher & Halal certified.

Usage/storage:

Direct vat cultures we supply are dosed at 1 unit to 100ltr’s of milk. If your looking to use sheep or goats milk please contact us for more details. the ease of our cultures is there’s no need to dilute to create a starter solution just add to the milk and carry on.

Storage is just as easy, no need for deep freezers just keep in the fridge and reseal between uses.
