Cheese-Yogurt-Making’s range of direct vat yogurt cultures are great for those looking to make larger volumes then our one litre domestic Country Kitchen culture line.
Why use direct vat?
This method of inoculation has advantages over starter solutions being simple easy to use and no need to dilute.
All of our cultures are from our partners in Igea our freeze dried, GMO free, suitable for vegetarians as well as being Kosher & Halal certified.
Storage & usage.
These cultures are dosed at 1 unit to 100 litres of milk. Storage is simple kept in the fridge just reseal between uses.
