Our range of no acidity cultures, produced by our partners at Igea or a fantastic selection of cultures for yogurt production. Offering consistent results in a easy to use direct vat format.

Available styles.

  • 0431 – producing a naturally thick yogurt with out the need of thickeners.
  • 1121 – producers a natural thickness yogurt that can be strained for thicker yogurt styles.

Usage.

All our direct vat cultures, are dosed at one unit to one hundred litres of milk and can be stored in the fridge with no need for deep freezers .
