About our Greek Yogurt culture:

Cheese-Yogurt-Making’s direct vat culture produces a rich, thick & creamy yogurt, without the need to strain the yogurt or add in starches and alike. Thus, allowing you to create a more natural product with consistent results time & time again. Available in 10-unit packs. And moreover, unlike other cultures available on the market, Cheese-Yogurt-Makings range work on inoculation rate rather than pack weight. What this means to you is that you get a constant 1-unit to 100 litres of cow’s milk.
