Soft curd cheese, this is a simple & easy to make at home soft cheese needing just a yogurt maker & cheese cloth. Being part of our Country Kitchen culture’s range. With just a few steps making a delicious soft cheese is within everyone’s grasp. As with every culture we produce they are, clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarian’s.

What’s  included:

These easy to use cultures are sold in packs of fives each suitable for one litre yogurt makers. And can include a cheese cloth if you need one, and instructions which can also be found below in pdf format for you to download.

Milks:

Cheese-Yogurt-Making, recommends using UHT milk for the simple reason – ease of use, as UHT removes the need to heat and cool the milk before starting. Whole milk will give you a full fat cheese & skimmed for a lower fat option. These cultures can also be used with sheep & goat’s milk.
