Cheese-Yogurt-Making, listened and coming this Wednesday (22.11.24) @1am we launch our new revamped range of cheese culture’s blended to work with a yogurt maker’s. Each sachet has all the Cultures & if needed rennet blended in to it, making it quick and easy to make cheese at home.

Styles:

  • Ricotta.
  • Lactic soft curd.
  • Labneh.
  • Cheese curd –  for poutine
  • Cottage cheese.
  • Yorkshire curd.
  • Queso fresco.
  • Sour cream.

Usage:

Our culture’s are blended to work with most common domestic 1ltr yogurt makers. For the most consistent results using  fresh milk is recommended.

Each style comes with instructions guiding you every step of the way.
