Cheese-Yogurt-Making offers up multiple styles of rennet this corner stone of cheese making. Weather your looking to make junket in the kitchen or your a small business looking for smaller volumes we have you covered available in 50ml, 200ml & 1ltr.

Both styles are 200 IMCU  full strength, GM free and never an “essence”

New to our stable of rennet offering is Kid rennet paste.

The use of rennet:

Weather your looking to produce cheese, junket 0r a thicker yogurt rennet is the unsung hero in all these adventures. just a  few drops per litre and the coagulation starts producing the curds and whey. all of our rennets come with instructions on how to use in junket or in cheese.
