Slightly more acidic then our standard Probiotic yogurt for a more refreshing tang that you would find with yogurts on the continent. yet still as rich & creamy as our classic Probiotic style.
As with all cultures from Cheese-Yogurt-Making there’s nothing nasty added to our blends just high-quality cultures and touch of British milk powder and as always, no added sugar.
It’s so simple to use:
Add contents of sachet to your choice of milk (We recommend UHT).
Fill yogurt maker with hot water (as per there instructions).
Add inner pot and wait.
These yogurt cultures are custom blended to work with one litre of milk, and available in 5 to 50 sachet packs.
