Cheese-yogurt-making offers a range of preservatives for the control of unwanted moulds, yeasts & microflora. We currently offer:
- lysozyme – used in cheese and yogurt production aiding in the control of microflora within the product
- Natamycin for surface protection of cheese against mould and yeast growth.
