Semi hard:
Production of semi hard cheese’s like cheddar or a gouda your going to need a culture. Cheese-Yogurt-Making have a selection available to you direct vat, freeze dried, kosher and halal certificated.
Usage/storage.
All our direct vat cultures are dosed at 1 unit to 100ltr’s of cows milk. If your looking to use sheep or goat please drop us a message for more details.
with our cultures being direct vat there’s no need to dilute in to a starter solution just add directly to the milk.
Stored simply in fridge there’s no need for expensive deep freezers just re seal between uses.
