Cheese Curd poutine these salty little treats are key for making poutine and so simple. We took a lot of the effort of cheese making out of the process by starting these off in the yogurt maker. Cheese curds are the base of all cheese making.

Each pack contains:

These cultures come in packs of five, and can include instructions and/or a cheese cloth.

Extra’s not in the pack:

• Thermometer.
• Salt.
• Double boiler.
