Cheese Wax: Description:
WAX-PROQ, Is a cheese wax that has great adherence & the right plasticity for the coating of a variety cheese’s I.e. Cheddars and Edams etc. Its resistance to mechanical strains and impacts are two of its main characteristics.
Available in one kilogram (approx.) slabs, of both red and black wax-proq offers a a highly adaptable coating for a range of cheese used in conduction with products like Nataproq (natamycin) offers a decorative coating with great mould control properties.
