Rich, thick & creamy with a light refreshing tartness Cheese-Yogurt-Making’s Continental Skyr yogurt culture is custom blended to work with most one litre yogurt makers.  as with all our Country Kitchen Cultures they are:

• Clean label (we add nothing but cultures and a spot of milk powder)
• GMO free
• Vegetarian
• Produced in the UK

It’s so simple:

• Add contents of sachet to your choice of milk (We recommend UHT).
• Fill yogurt maker with hot water per there instructions.
• add inner pot and wait.
• strain yogurt through cheese cloth .

Our Continental Skyr yogurt sachets are blended to work with one litre of milk.
