Rich, thick & creamy this strained Greek style. these cultures are blended to work with most domestic one litre yogurt makers.

It’s so simple:

• Add contents of sachet to your choice of milk & mix.
• Prepare your yogurt maker as per its instructions.
• Add inner pot and wait.
• Once set strain through a cheese cloth as per instructions.
