Goat rennet – Extracted from Kid Goat and available in a strength of 185 IMCU, this rennet suitable for all types of cheese making and for such desserts like Junket.
Our goat rennet is produced in the EU, is GM free (free of genetically modified material)
vegetarian rennet (microbial) & traditional rennet is also available.
Usage:
With an Industry standard that’s sought after by most cheese makers both here and on the continent. Our rennet’s IMCU (international milk clotting units) of 185 means that 1g of rennet will colt 1.85 litre’s of cows milk. These will change when different milks are used.
