Overview:

Labneh is a very simple to make with the hardest part being the waiting. This middle eastern cheese is rich, thick & spreadable. A common addition to mezze platters used as a dip with olive oil and spices but the uses are endless. Cheese-Yogurt-Making blended our culture to make a quick, easy cheese that has great flavour. As with all of our Country Kitchen Culture’s they are Clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarian’s.

What’s included:

Each order is for five sachets, with the option to include instructions and/or a cheese cloth. See the link below to download our instructions in pdf format.

Milk:

Unlike our yogurt cultures, these are blended to be used with fresh milk.

• Whole milk – for a full fat cheese.
• Skimmed milk – for a low fat cheese.
