Our Annatto cheese colouring is a double Strength, so a little goes a long way with this product. classically used to produce red or yellow cheese, depending on the addition rate. Use in addition to our culture for semi/hard cheeses to produce some classic cheese styles. Add our Blue Mould to the mix and create some real eye catching cheese’s.
