Overview:

Cottage cheese easy, simple & tasty. And through rigorous testing in our development kitchen we blended a culture that gives great results time and time again. These cottage cheese culture’s are designed with yogurt maker’s in mind using UHT milk. Part of the Country Kitchen Culture’s range, all our cultures are Clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarian’s.

What’s included:

Each order is for five sachets, and can included a cheese cloth and/or instructions if you need them. Instructions can be found below in pdf format to download.

Milk:

These cultures are blended to be used with fresh milk unlike our yogurt cultures.

• Whole milk for a full fat cheese.
• skimmed for a low fat cheese.
