This fermented milk produces a cultured sour cream allowing all the flavour of the cream coming through with a refreshing tartness. Country Kitchen Cultures uses an acidifying blend of cultures rather then adding an acid like lemon juice or vinegar, so no harsh tartness. As with all our culture’s the are clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarians. This culture is blended to work with a yogurt maker.
