Yorkshire curd a traditional filling for  Yorkshire curd tarts and alike. This is a easy to make style needing only a yogurt maker and a cheese cloth. as with all Country Kitchen Cultures they are Clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarians.

What’s included:

Each pack contains 5 sachets of culture as well as a cheese cloth and/or instructions if you wish they can be downloaded in PDF format via the link underneath.

Milk:

This simple and easy recipe is blended to be used with fresh milk unlike our yogurt cultures.

• Semi skimmed – For a low fat version.
• Whole milk – For a full fat version.
