The culture KF2 – Produces a natural fermented milk mild aroma kefir, in the traditional style.  As with all direct vat cultures in this range from our partners at Igea they are all GMO free, Suitable for vegetarians as well as being Kosher & halal certified.

Why direct vat KF2?

Very simply.. ease of use no need to make starter solutions. you just need to warm the milk up to temperature and then add the culture its that simple. Igea’s cultures are to be stored in the fridge with no need for deep freezers.
