Ricotta, the classic Italian cheese made from whey, This culture blend is based on “Ricottone” variant using whole milk and producing a wonderful fresh cheese.  This is a stove top recipe and is a very quick to produce, as with all Country Kitchen Culture’s they are Clean label, GMO free & suitable for vegetarian’s.

What’s in each pack?:

Each pack contains 5 sachets of Country Kitchen Cultures Ricotta blend, and your option to include a cheese cloth and/or instructions.
